Restaurant Posters

As an intern for the Detroit Neighborhood Entrepreneurship Project, I was assigned different small businesses to creatively consult in order to rebrand and improve. One of my clients was restaurant Detroit Soul, a classic soul food restaurant that puts an emphasis on making the classic recipes in a healthy way.

The restaurant wanted us to create them 3 posters that would cover different angles of soul food and it's history as well as what it's all about now in relation to the restaurant. Along with rebranding their logo, we came up with the writing for the posters and then I designed the posters with illustrations to pair with the writing. these posters are now hung up at the original Detroit Soul Location for customers to enjoy as they eat their food,
