Campus Acrylics
A Study of The University of Michigan Campus
Using small wood panel canvases and acrylic paints, this miniature body of work shows of some of the University of Michigan's finest locations including the Ross School of Business, State Street Theatre, The Law School entrance and library, the iconic rock, and of course a chubby campus squirrel.
I wanted this series to be a collage- like portrait of the University's campus, highlighting different iconic elements at different times of day. Together these form a sneak peek into what campus looks and feels like from summer to fall to winter on site.

Initially these pieces were produced to be displayed in a local Ann Arbor coffeeshop but now reside in my family's home to be cherished as memories for our four generations of Michigan Wolverines and alumni until further inquiry for displaying the pieces.
